I find the NYU Blackboard easy to use, and a quick way to communicate with fellow classmates and professors. It is also nice when professors post your grades for your papers and you are able to see what your average is at any given time. If only I had Blackboard in undergrad, I think it would of made life a little easier.
I also enjoy being able to look at assignments and find the appropriate documents and readings needed for the class. It saves time in the actual class if all the professor needs to say is "check blackboard for..." And as a student, you don't need to worry about missing an assignment, losing a paper, or writing something down wrong.
I think blackboard is a great asset to any University or College.
